This Privacy Policy explains how GetX Marketing ("GetX", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit getx.marketing, contact us or work with us as a client. We keep it simple: we only collect what we need to reply to you and deliver your content, and we never sell your data.

1. Who we are

GetX Marketing is a content marketing agency based in Pakistan that creates reels, short form video, AI visuals, social media content and ad creatives for brands in the United States, the UAE, the United Kingdom and Pakistan. 2. Information we collect

Contact form: your name, business name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, the service you are interested in and your Instagram or website link.
Messages: anything you send us by WhatsApp, email or Instagram, including files and voice notes.
Client materials: logos, photos, videos, brand guidelines, product details and account access you share so we can create and publish content for you.
Billing details: the name, business and payment information needed to invoice you. Card and bank details are handled by the payment provider you choose, not stored by us.
Technical data: when you load the website, our hosting provider automatically processes standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, so the site can be delivered securely.

3. How we use your information

To reply to your enquiry and prepare a free content audit or quote.
To plan, create, deliver and publish content and run ad campaigns you have asked for.
To send invoices, manage payments and keep business records.
To keep the website secure and working properly.
To send occasional updates about our services, only if you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.

If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, we rely on your consent, the need to perform a contract with you, our legitimate interest in running and improving our business, and our legal obligations as the legal bases for this processing.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers that help us run the business, and only as much as they need:

Vercel, which hosts this website.
FormSubmit, which delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
Google (Gmail, Google Drive and Google Fonts), for email, file sharing and website fonts.
Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook), when we message you or manage your pages and ads.
Design, editing and AI tools we use to produce your content, limited to the materials needed for that work.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting and font providers may process basic technical data as described above. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries we do not convert are kept for up to 12 months. Client records, invoices and project files are kept for as long as we work together and for up to 5 years afterwards for legal, tax and accounting reasons, unless you ask us to delete material we are not required to keep.

7. International transfers

We work remotely with clients in several countries, and our service providers may store data in the United States, the European Union or elsewhere. When your information moves across borders, we use providers that apply recognised safeguards to protect it.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under UK and EU data protection law, the California Consumer Privacy Act and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email getx.contact@gmail.com. We will reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

California residents: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

9. Security

We protect your information with secure, access controlled accounts, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and by limiting access to the people working on your project. No system is completely secure, so please avoid sending passwords by email; we will tell you a safer way to grant account access.

10. Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the date it was last updated.
