These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use getx.marketing or hire GetX Marketing ("GetX", "we", "us") for content, social media or advertising services. By booking a service or paying an invoice, you agree to these Terms. If a written proposal or agreement we send you says something different, that document wins for that project.
1. Our services
We provide content marketing services including reels and short form video, AI video and visuals, social media management, social graphics and carousels, ad creatives, Meta ads management, and content strategy and scriptwriting. The exact deliverables, quantities and timelines are those listed on our pricing page or in the proposal we agree with you.
2. Pricing and payment
- Prices are in US dollars unless we agree otherwise, and do not include taxes, bank or transfer fees, which are paid by the client.
- Monthly plans are billed in advance at the start of each monthly cycle.
- One off work, such as single ad creatives or AI video ads, is paid upfront unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Advertising spend is never included in our fees. It is paid by you directly to Meta or the relevant platform from your own ad account.
- If a payment is late, we may pause work and scheduled posting until it is received.
3. Month to month plans and cancellation
Monthly plans run month to month with no long term contract. You can cancel at any time by telling us in writing (email or WhatsApp) before your next billing date; the cancellation then takes effect at the end of the current cycle. Fees for a cycle that has already started are not refundable once work on it has begun, but we will deliver the work for that cycle.
4. Revisions
Every creative includes up to 2 rounds of revisions on the agreed brief. Further revisions, or changes to the brief after work has started, may be charged separately. We will always tell you before any extra cost.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, brand assets, product details and timely feedback and approvals.
- Make sure you have the rights to any logos, photos, videos, music or other material you send us, and that your products, offers and claims are lawful.
- Give us the account access we need, and keep ownership of your own social media and ad accounts.
- Review content before it goes live. Once you approve content, or ask us to publish without review, you are responsible for its final use.
Delays in feedback, materials or access may move delivery dates.
6. Ownership and licences
Once your invoice is paid in full, you own the final content we deliver to you and can use it for your business without limit. We keep ownership of our working files, templates, methods and know-how. Some deliverables may include third party elements such as stock footage, music, fonts or AI generated assets; these are used under the licence terms of their providers, and we will tell you if any limitation applies.
7. Portfolio
We may show work we created for you, along with your business name and logo, on our website, social media and proposals. If you would rather we did not, just tell us in writing and we will keep your work private.
8. AI generated content
We use AI tools as part of our production process. We review AI output for quality, but you should check it for accuracy before it is published, especially for prices, product claims and regulated topics such as health, finance or legal services.
9. Results
We work hard to grow your reach, engagement and sales, but social media platforms control their algorithms, reach and ad approvals. We cannot guarantee specific numbers of views, followers, leads, sales or return on ad spend.
10. Confidentiality
We keep your non public business information, account logins and unreleased content confidential and use them only to deliver your services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, GetX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data, platform account restrictions or ad account suspensions. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
12. Using this website
The content of this website, including text, design, our logo and portfolio pieces, belongs to GetX Marketing or our clients and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Links to third party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We will always try to resolve any concern directly and quickly first, so please contact us before taking any other step.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply to new bookings and to the next billing cycle of existing plans. The latest version will always be on this page.
